Services & Fees
Sessions are completed by telehealth only so that I can meet you where you are at. This also allows for flexibility in scheduling both in timing and location.
At this time, sessions are available in the evenings and weekends only.

Individual 50-minute Session: $150
Couples 50-minute Session: $200

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. If cancellation occurs due to a work related incident, please provide the details and incident number in order to avoid cancellation fee.

Insurance
At this time, I am not accepting insurance due to ethical considerations. However, I recognize the significance of insurance for my clients and am actively engaged in the credentialing process to provide this option in the near future. I appreciate your understanding as I strive to enhance access to care.
That said, some insurance plans cover out-of-network behavioral health services and are willing to reimburse a portion of the costs for each session. If you are interested, I can provide itemized statements for each fully paid session that you can submit to the insurance company as a reimbursement claim. Please be aware that a mental health diagnosis is required on the forms to process these claims.

Mackenzie went from being a little girl who didn't understand why her detective father was gone working on a kidnapping case for days on end, to an adult therapist specializing in all first responders mental health. With the unique understanding of growing up in a LEO household, to running code with local law enforcement, she is culturally competent in not only first responder mental health, but also the stress and challenges that come with being part of a front line family.
