Services & Fees
Sessions are completed by telehealth only so that I can meet you where you are at. This also allows for flexibility in scheduling both in timing and location.
At this time, sessions are available in the evenings and weekends only.

Individual 50-minute Session: $100
Couples 50-minute Session: $200

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. If cancellation occurs due to a work related incident, please provide the details and incident number in order to avoid cancellation fee.
Self-Pay vs. Superbill
I do not accept insurance. I am mindful of the financial commitment of therapy, but I also struggle with the ethical complications of working with insurance. I aim to keep you in control of your treatment without limits or restrictions dictated by insurance.
That said, some insurance plans cover out-of-network behavioral health services and are willing to reimburse a portion of the costs for each session. If you are interested, I can provide itemized statements for each fully paid session that you can submit to the insurance company as a reimbursement claim. Please be aware that a mental health diagnosis is required on the forms to process these claims.
